Kymra will be 3 months old next weekend!! She is getting so big and doing so many new things. Her favorite new "thing" is getting her fist to her mouth. She loves to sit in her bouncy chair and play with the toys and listen to the music while STARING at the lights. She also enjoys bathtime, watching the other kids play, taking naps in her swing, and sleeping all night (ok, maybe I enjoy that one)!!! She has just started to "talk" and loves to coo at Mom, Ryker, and Zadyn the most.
The rest of the kids are also enjoying life and having a good winter. Avery has been practicing and preparing for the Cub Scout Klondike Derby coming up next month. He really likes the compass course. Kyler has been busy with the millions of legos he has and has been enjoying the lego table Grandpa Orr built for them. Zadyn has been keeping up with speech and therapy this winter and is looking forward to riding her bike in the Spring. Ryker is two and loves to be two......he loves Wipeout and mud, Tonka's and pestering everyone. He recently gave up the sippy cup (well, they were "lost") and he is completely potty trained!
We are loving our new suburban and all the extra leg room it gives us. Avery especially, since he doesn't have to be crammed between two car seats! It has really come in handy when the roads are icy or snow covered, as they seem to always be in the winter!

Avery and Kyler sang in their homeschool choir concert on Thursday, December 16th. I didn't get any good pictures or video since I sat in the back to allow Grant and the younger kids a quick escape after the first part of the program. But, I did video the last song, which had all the kids singing....kids choir and older kids. It was pretty amazing. They all do a great job and the boys love being in the choir.

Kymra is one week old today. It's amazing how fast the week has gone. Of course, just getting home yesturday didn't help. They were able to control the fevers and get rid of the infection through IV antibiotics and oral antibiotics as well. I am still on two different orals for a week and will hope it finishes off the infection. Kymra is our little princess of the house right now. All the kids love to play with her and kiss her and hold her and read book to her and bother her while she is trying to sleep! It's fun to watch them all interact with her. She amazes them with the amount of sleep she needs and with the amount of input and output she needs as well!
