Santa came to town on a TRAIN!

Every year, Santa rides into the Bitterroot on Montana Rail Link's Santa Express. This past Saturday, was the annual trek. Kyler and Zadyn were sick, so Grant decided to take Avery for his early Dad's Day Out. Kyler and Zadyn wrote letters to Santa and had Avery deliver them(ended up giving them to Mrs. Clause). They decorate the passenger cars with Christmas decorations and let the kids line up and walk through the cars until they reach the one with Santa and Mrs. Clause. Avery said it was fun. He got a Frisbee, a University of Montana mini-football and pencil. They also give out hats, gloves and scarves, donated by local stores, to kids that can't afford them. Avery was glad that he got to see Santa, since he will be too busy to make it to our ward's Christmas party on Saturday. Hopefully the kids will all feel well enough by then to go!

must be the real thing, he looks just like the one Braden and Bailee talked to.

It's almost like the Polar Express.

Good for Avery and that was very kind of him to take the letters for Kyler and Zadyn. Hope they all get to feeling better soon!

Your kids are very fun ages this year for Christmas. I am sure memories were made during this wonderful train ride. Merry Christmas to your family.
