Are we in Idaho or Montana?

Last week, the kids and I took a trip to Grandma's house. We had a good time playing with Grandma, Grandpa and Aunt Letty. We went to a couple parks, hit the DI for book deals, watched movies, and played with Grandma's toys. Collette and I went to the newly dedicated Twin Falls Temple and did an endowment session. That was neat -- a very pretty temple. I'm jealous that they have a temple so close! The kids did well on the drive to and from, it's a long drive, but they were able to watch movies and read books. Ryker loved being spoiled by Grandma and sharing his afternoon nap with her in the rocking chair! Zadyn was Grandpa's shadow again for the week. She was right there with him when he got home from work. They all loved helping to pick the veggies from the garden. They were impressed with the corn on the cob and the RED tomatoes (ours are still very green). We went and saw Grandma and Grandpa Orr one night. The kids were excited to get a new supply of homemade JAM from them! Mary and the kids came over Friday night. The kids played outside and then had brownies and ice cream while watching a movie. We were able to stop in Pocatello on the way home to see Jeremy, Sarah, Isaak and Mikelle. She is a little cutie! She seems so little compared to Ryker! Chad and Bailey stopped in, too, it was good to see them and Zadyn loved giving Chad kisses!

We had a great time in Idaho and the kids were sad to leave. Zadyn cried because Letty couldn't come home with us. Avery wanted to stay and play with Grandma's power rangers. Kyler wanted to stay and eat all the tomatoes from their garden! Ryker would probably be happy either way, but he sure loved telling everyone stories. But, they were glad to be home to spend some time with Dad. I forgot to take my camera, but Collette shared these pictures with me:

Sounds like a good visit. I, too, loved the napping photo. I have always loved it when a baby puts his arms above his head to sleep. I liked Zadyn and the doll photo. She is so darling.
